description
There's nothing quite as enchanting as a blue flower to brighten up the garden or your day. The ethereal, dancing flower head of Didiscus Lacy Lavender Blue gives you loads of whimsical stems of bluish-purplish-lavender. For cut flower growers, Didiscus is an excellent choice for adding stems that not only take up space in your bouquet, add mesmerizing movement but are also visually lightweight. This is a branching plant that benefits from regular harvesting. Pollinators love the open flower heads. Great for summer blooms, but pick your planting spot strategically if you're in a super hot climate because these dainty darlings prefer some afternoon shade in the hotter growing zones. If you are in the warmer zones start these in the fall as a "cool season annual".
